ok i watched this movie a while back and i really liked it. It was a about a black kid that wanted to be a cop(he was a little) at the starting of the film hes playing cops and robbers at school. When he goes home there is a murder i think involving drug lords or something. i think its in california or something. The young kid rides a gt bike and has a pair of nikes he wears. im pretty sure the movie was filmed in early 1990's or very late 80's. p.s he rides his gt bike everywhere to the crime scenes and stuff. Sounds a lot like Cop and a Half. Put your plot in the IMDB database and it will find your film for you. The search engine on the IMDB can search actors, films and other sub-titles including PLOTS.
