What should i do about the troublemaker kid next door? |
next door there is a kid (9-10 years old) that keeps messing with my yard.. kicking rocks into the sidewalk, turning over concrete slabs, turning on the water. ive confronted him several times and told him nicely (maybe too nicely) to stop. he says okay.. but no change. ive brought it up to his mom once and his grandma another time. mom yelled at him to have him come clean up the yard, but a week later he messes things up again. now im pissed. what should i do? 1)call the cops(which i dont want to do because cops hate doing crap like this) 2)steal his bike and throw it in the dump 3)pop out of a bush and take a bat to the kids face the next time he walks by 4)really hope he gets hit by a drunk driver (kill two birds with one stone. driver goes to jail) 5)take a dump on his moronic parents cars he's one of those kids that everybody hates. ive given him plenty of chances and never once yelled at him. still he messes with the yard to spite me. i hate this kid and wish bad things on him Does he have a dad? Talk to him..... Call the cops. :B grow up Call the police and/or send a letter from a lawyer to stay away from your property. say to the kid "get out of my yard!" Well I personally like option number 3...but since that's a bit on the illegal side..go down to the police department, and have a restraining order put on him. Not only will that open his mothers eyes, but it will give you perfect opportunity to get rid of him if he ever breaks the restraining order. (he could end up in Juvey for a few days up to a few months depending on how many times he breaks it) good luck...and if nothing else...try number 5, it may not solve anything but at least you will get some kind of a relief/satisfaction... try yelling at him. tell him if he doesnt stop, something bad will happen to him. i tried that on my sister. she always takes my thing without my permission and throw them around the house. she's bout 9 |
