Neighbour from Hell? |
I have an incredible problem: the family next door. Dogs barking, parrots screaming, kids yelling and revving their dirt bikes all day long, pool pump with a loud hum day in and out. The guy even assaulted me, and I've had my day in court with no real results. The people are also extremely arrogant, and don't care for anyone else. In court, they went so far as to allege I hate all kind of birds! I've put the house on the market, but it's such a shame. It was my Dream House (minus Satan and his family next door). And plus, I still have to live here until the house gets sold, and I just can't take it anymore! Any thoughts? Get a bigger meaner territorial dog than theirs, make friends with a cop, and have em park next door to surveil. Also, get a motion sensor remote security camera that'll record stuff on a loop. Document the hell out of it, THEN take em to court for noise ordinances, tresspassing, and just being dick heads in general. will it start on fire? Don't forget, you have to reveal the details of your run-ins with the neighbours to potential buyers or else be held liable for misrepresenting your property. Fun, huh? Try to tease them back.....it always works God be with you it's really annoying v__v you can always complain to the police call them and be like theres a racket there and stuff like that. OR ....REVENGE egg there house leave a few prank calls i dunno ruin there life so they'll pack there bags and go and u pray for a better neighbour lol GUD LUCK! There are laws and acts to protect people such as yourself. Call in to see your government/council and they should advise you. You shouldn't have to move out because of these people next door. Stand your ground with them or you'll never win and they will only terrorise the people who buy your house. Good luck! x How very annoying.
