I thought god was supposed to care? |
i have a question for those religious people out there, laast year in may my godmother was killed by a drunk driver who rode into her motor bike. she was 39, and a single mom 2 three kids, ive been told that god had a reason but if he cares so much why did he allow this to happen why did he allow so much pain, ive cried everyday since and i cant see how he can love me but allow me to hurt so bad!so now if there is a god and he does care then why? Please dont be mad at God, We are all here for a purpose and when God calls us home we must go. I will pray that you will find peace, talk to God and he will listen for he is there for you. I know how you feel, I lost my dad in August of 2005..But I know my Dad is at peace and with the Lord! And even though it hurt me when I lost my dad who I was close to, I know he is rejoicing in Heaven and I Will See my Dad again! God Bless you! You have to understand that God did not allow this to happen, the person that drove drunk allowed this to happen. God does love you, and cares deeply for you, more than I or anyone else could ever say. There is pain in life, and that is a cold hard fact. Nothing that we can do will ever prevent those that we love from suffering, as much as we would like to have suffering end. God will be there for you, all you need to do is to trust in Him and ask Him for the strength to move through this time. Perhaps this is a way for you to grow with God and His love. I think I can understand your anger at God, but I really can't. (Thankfully, I have never lost anyone close to me.) God will let you be angry at him, just don't loose you faith and love, please. his ways are not our ways and His thoughts are not our thoughts. It just was a freaky accident and it was her time to go. she didnt feel any pain, i know u did but just pray and ask God to heal your heart. It will over time am sorry for you .... dont belive any thing that religious people say belive me if there is a god to care why he didnt save jesus from his pian ... search for the real one and open you mind to the truth .... i had do before belive me.. God cares, but since Eve, this is a fallen world. It has a lot of bad, chaos, distressful elements. And God did not "make" that accident occur. When His people grieve, He grieves, too. It is an imponderable of faith that God can make good come from terrible experiences. The world wanted to get rid of His Son, the Messiah - but God used the situation to be the salvation of all believers. Satan was defeated, once & for all. But until the final Judgment Day, Satan is still playing the spoiler, doing what he can to shake people's faith, get them on the path which leads to destruction. The faithful believers' response to EVERYTHING is to praise God (from whom all blessing flow). |
