Is gear handle difficult to turn, I find it diff and tight to turn when cycling, shld be smooth?


Hercules ladies' bike 24", 5 gear, suspension, with back and front cushion leg rest for my two kids, usually cycle them one at a time, quite heavy and regretted this bike. I use to have a 1 gear, Urata brand and is doing well 20"
