"He" claims poverty and makes me pay over 9,000 per year in child support when he owns a boat, scuba dives, goes skiing 2x a year in Vermont, owns a quad, dirt bike, owns his own business. I PAY when it comes to my kids and do not ever complain because I cannot afford to pay a lawyer ($10,000+) to prove his lies. I am a provider who is being taken for a ride. Now he wants me to pay all health insurance for kids because his IRS forms claim he only makes $25,000 yearly. there are ways to have him pay for the lawyer, and have him audited. the state you live in offers legal aide, it's not just to help the one who has the kids... Maybe you can take some pics of his stuff to the IRS, see how he likes that sounds like YOU should have kept your kids lady! Get a private detective to follow him around and take some pics of him enjoying his fabulous life, or get a friend to do it if you can't afford a PI. Then go to court and be your own lawyer and show those pictures as evidence. You don't want your kids to grow up thinking that its okay to behave that way and screw the government. girl call child support and start off from there !! ask a lawyer when and where can you go ?? or dial 311 they no all tyes of info to help familys always save ur proff against him recipts on what you buy 4 ur kids record his phone calls!! Get a private investigator or tell the bureau of child support and have them investigate and take the bum back to court and make him pay your attorney fees!!! |
