What's the name of this movie? I forgot....?

It's a movie about these kids who lived in the hood and they lived a rough life style. I only saw one part of the movie, where this kid was riding a bike and showing us about his neighborhood, and these two teenagers were making out in public, and some other people were selling drugs or something like that. I only saw about 5 minutes of it.

I saw this movie a long time ago, and it was only about 10 minutes. I think it was called Once Upon A Time In The Hood or something like that...

Please help, I really want to see the rest of this movie. Or do you know a movie similar to this one?
