My friends were beat up, didnt help him

ok we're 16 and was with my 2 of my friends in front of a store and we were on bikes. These kids come up to us and one says " yo that bikes sick i like it" we didnt know really what to do, they were like 18 we played it cool for a bit tho. then he said "nice shoes i like em" and getting closer. my friend said 'they wouldnt fit you' and the kid laughed and pushed him into a flower box and knocked it over. i didnt know what to do we couldnt fight them but my friend got up and was crying. my other friend screamed "Hey what the ****" . and the kid said somethin like "you lookin to get ur *** kicked whiteboy?" and went to him, grabbed him by the neck and slammed his head into a car hood (breaking his glasses and got plastic stuck in his eye). i just stood there cause there were too many of em and we couldnt take them all.they left and walked halfway down the street.then i looked back and they were coming back so i knew we hadda jet. im pissed now i was kinda shocked at that moment. idk what to do if that happened again. they were just tryin to mess with us i think maybe cause they didnt take nething.

yeah that happened to me once a long time ago at a concert for VAN HALEN.

I was walking to the line to get in from my car and i saw a group of 6 of my friends.

As i approached them a got jumped by 5 really big dudes who beat me down and emptied my pockets (money + ticket).

They gave everything to one guy who ran off.

My friends come running up and for trying to help they get slammed by the big dudes as well!

Well, almost all of them. One of my friends does not move an inch and so he does not get beat up. The Big guys run away to go prey on some other dudes and count their spoils. ( never saw them again )

Later that night; we are all hanging out nursing our wounds with beer and laughing about it. But the one guy felt ashamed. We reassured him that it was ok. We said that his time would come some day and that we knew he was a good friend.

He always was a real stand up guy. Not a coward or anything. That night things were just a little different. those guys maybe could have pulled knives or something???

I had that same experience not too long ago.
I was riding my bike with friends and suddenly a whole gang of bikers who were what, 14? "Whats up?" he said standing right nest to me with his bike, and I was 13. I said "the sky" and he said "what" then he started swearing at me. I got scared and started to bike away, then they started chasing at me but I was to fast for them.

You're a sell out. Next time stab them in the head with a key or something close by. Use your resources, Throw the bike at them. Don't take this lying down, find them, even if they are two years older than you its nothin that a baseball bat can't handle. Don't be a punk, go beat the black "BOYS" down.

well you could have ran into the store and asked the clerk for help you cuolda booked it the first time you saw them coming at you..i personally woulda helped my freind i dont care how many of them there were thats not right to just stand there or run anyways id feel like **** if i were you because of what you did...nothing

If you're outnumbered by older, bigger kids, there's no shame in recognizing it.

Plus it didn't sound like the 'the fight' went on long enough for you to do anything about it.

Learn some defence and NEVER abandon your friends, also if you want to get beat up less learn to be fiercer. Just by talking the right way and acting the right way you can earn more respect. Also NEVER cry and tell that friend not to ethier. Crying just gives them what they want and for gods sake you guys are 16! You had bikes RIGHT THERE how about taking the bikes and slamming it into them then one of your friends could have sat on top of the bikes, another stepping on one of their throats, and you threaten them with a knife(always carry some weapon) that would have stopped them.

feel for you. some guys did that to my friend, and they got in a fight, huge fight. the guy was like 21, my friend was 17 and 16. i wasnt there but i heard he was messing with them. the kid got a black eye, but still fought, didnt care.

if it was me, (im 16) i would of went, like "whatd you say homie?!" walk up to him face to face, just make sure your friends always have your back.
