Whats your opinion of this situation? [Getting signs from stranger at a park]

I was riding my bike through the park, when I was going back home I was in the last part of the park, I saw a jeep and a older guy in it driving towards me. He winked at me and I thought it was just a good job you are working out type of thing. He turned around and came back my way and had his hand outside of the window and did this little flip thing and sort of pointed to a parking lot. I ignored it and kept going. He came out of the parking lot again and sort of cut me off at the end [it's a u-turn only at the end] and he stopped and just stared at me while I rode through rocks that he can't pass through in a car. Do you think he was trying to prostitute or kidnap me or something? I am 19 years old and don't really look like a kid, but I was scared and pretty much done with going through the park.

Yes and that's when you get the heck out of dodge (staying where people can see you)
You don't have to be a child to be abducted. adults go missing everyday !


I hestitate to say take the plate and call because if his intent was not he would get into a lot of hassle and how would he prove it. It's a coin toss.
I know I would hate if someone misread my intent and I ended up down town on the 6o'clock news and trying to explain to my employer and family because as you know the media wants the story not always the truth first
But in the same breathe you could be reporting someone who is dangerous..

oh he was definitely checking you out....homeboy was gon toss yo salad...he was gon show you how to get down with the big dogs...sike naw but on the real tip you really need to report that person because you never know he might try and get someone at that park or probably already is wanted for kidnapping or rape...so i plea that you alert the police.

I would have thought the same thing as you did. Most likely some sick deranged dirtball (gotta say that because I can't curse here). I woulda left too. Your instincts will keep you alive. And your butthole safe.
