Good method of exersise? |
k i think i have a good method of exersising ...my goal is to lose my belly fat so my 6 pack will show(not kidding) but the nieghbor hood and just my daily schedule is to messed up...but anyways...i gho out everyday and ride a bike on this bike path thingy for like 3 hours a day and its pretty long...i just dont know if its even getting my abs or just my legs..basicly my question is, is riding a bike for that long every day a good source for my belly....also a dumb question... would riding like that skate board thing with 2 wheels...i think its called a rip stick...for that long everyday be just as effective? ....plus it would be fun lol...plz i need to know...thx Try to eat more healthy and drink water. That will help you lose your belly fat to show off your 6pack. |
