Do you dog sled? Well for a little while now i have been dog biking, Its really fun but would like to know..?

what are there limitations? I have two huskies a male and female, the male is 70 pounds and the female is 50 pounds. They are brother and sister form the same litter and are a year and 2 months old. Now to the point, for exercise i take them out on a harnesses and a connecting strap connected to the leash.

THE BIG QUESTION: what is the limitation of these two dogs, with the details given? Of how far or for how long they can pull me a 17 year old 5'8, 136 pound kid around.

The trip takes about 15 to 25 minutes longer if i get off and walk them around/ talk to people.

i think your dogs will let you know their limitations. check for obvious signs of fatigue, injury. it will depend on the conditions and the weather. the cold hard pack will be easier on the dogs than a warmer day that the snow conditions will deteriorate. I use two dogs, older yet smaller, and they pull my kids (2 combined weight 160lb) for several miles at a pretty good rate of speed. when they are done, though, they start wandering bit, not paying attention to the commands.
