Does anyone know of a diet or plan or something that will help me loose weight?

i have gained 50 lbs in one year since my baby girl was born ive tried lots of diet pill, diet plans, workout tapes, walking. nothing seems to work for me. and the more i think about trying to loose weight the more i eat. i stress i eat. i sometimes eat till i feel sick. why? i cant stop. please help. im not that big yet but if i dont do something soon i will be. im 205lbs now i was 160lbs about 26 months ago. istarted gaining weight as soon as i got home from the hospital w/my daughter. i chase 3 kids around the house, play, exercise, ride bikes, walk alot. im not lazy either im very active. please advise me!!!

Now whenever it comes to weight loss you should follow these simple steps that have helped me tremendously lose weight, pretty quickly if you ask me. And I've been trying to lose weight forever and finally found the correct system to help me out...

The first thing you need to do is about 30 minutes of cardio everyday, try to get at least 3-4 days of that people...Exercising is one very important issue you don't want to be lazy in.

The second thing you should realize is that you cannot eat everything in sight that probably got you looking the way you are right now or the reason you want to lose weight. The pounds come with the food you eat. How do you stop yourself from eating and get a little boost with ousting fat from the food you eat? Simple...

The third and final step is the correct natural weight loss supplement. For me, I found Proactol to be the best. Now this isn't aimed towards lazy people that want to take a pill and sit on the couch all night and day. These are to tremendously help out with dieting and exercising. For me they were great because with my diet, they basically take out up to 28% of the fat you intake. Not to mention the killer appetite suppressant Proactol is. Every day you will fall under your calorie intake and find yourself one more day closer to your goal.

These steps really worked for me, you should try them out for yourself even if you want to lose very little or that extra mile. Also at the time of my 3 month supply purchase of Proactol, I saved a lot of money on it at myweightlossgoals .com

Good luck and I hope this helps you out for your weight loss goals.

Forget about that diet with the grapefuit juice, tomatoe juice, eatin bacon, eggs. Eggs have the highest concentrated content of cholesterol, the yolk. If you want them, eat the whites, which are good for protein. NOW what you should do is get on nutrisystem. You will see the pounds shed. BUT you need to incorperate exercise with the diet. That diet the other girl explained is to much of a "cold turkey" change. And if you dont see a sudden change, you will get discouraged. Get yourself some Nutrisystem. It has foods that taste good and are good for your particular weight situation. AGAIN, you should incorparate excercise with the diet also...

now i am not going to say that you didnt try hard enough on the physical stuff because i dont know you. But you actually need to do work like running, and you have to do it more than once a week, try 3 times a week. 1 mile every other day, i did that and i feel great to tell you the truth. pills dont help much, really they dont, diets only work if YOU make them and they consist of healthy foods that give you EVERYTHING you need

The Promise:

In 2 1/2 months you should lose 52 pounds. I'm not sure if this promise is accurate, and I haven't tried this diet, it seems a little odd though, but who knows, maybe just read this one and laugh at it.

The Rules:

You must drink eight 8oz. glasses of water daily (64 oz. total per day).
At any meal you may eat until you are full.
You must eat the minimum listed at each meal. (yep, this diet list the minimum you should eat).
You cannot eliminate anything from the diet. Especially the bacon at breakfast and the salads. You must eat the bacon and salads. These combinations of food burn the fat, omitting one part of the combination will cause the whole thing not to work.
The grapefruit or fruit juice is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the burning process. Don't add or reduce the amount of grapefruit or juice.
Cut down on coffee, it affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning process. Try to limit to 1 cup at meal time.
Don't eat between meals. If you eat the suggested foods you will not get hungry.
You can fry food in butter and use butter generously on vegetables.
Do not eat desserts, breads, and white vegetables or sweet potatoes.
You may double or triple helpings of meat, salad or vegetables.
Eat until you are stuffed. The more you eat the more weight you will lose.
Stay on the diet 12 days, then stop the diet for 2 days and repeat.
Diet Plan:

Breakfast:
Either 1/2 grapefruit OR 8 oz. juice (unsweetened)
2 eggs any style
2 slices of bacon
Lunch:
Either 1/2 grapefruit OR 8 oz. juice (unsweetened)
Salad with any dressing
Meat any style and any amount.
Dinner:
Either 1/2 grapefruit OR 8 oz. juice (unsweetened)
Salad with any dressing OR a red or green vegetable cooked in butter or spices.
Meat or even Fish any style cooked any way.
Coffee or Tea (1 cup)
Bedtime Snack:
8oz. glass of tomato juice or 8 oz cup of skim milk.

I know how dang frustrating that situation can be!

From my own personal experience, getting myself educated about the things that really affect health, and what metabolism really is, got me looking in the right direction and doing the right things for my body.

Focusing on what the body needs to be healthy is the important thing; a healthy weight will naturally follow.

It really isn't rocket science, but it's something none of us learned in school or learn from doctors, or we'd all be healthy and a good weight!

You can start with this easy-reading article on "ways to increase metabolism."

Keep a food diary, and be honest with yourself. If you've had a hard day and you really want ice cream, have some, just measure out how much you're having and write it down. It's easy to dip 600 calories worth of ice cream into a bowl and say "oh it's not that much" but if you realize what you're eating you might be tempted to cut down a bit. Try to set a goal for yourself. For me, I eat about 1200-1300 calories a day and exercise for an hour almost every day. That's probably not enough food for a busy mom. First see how much you eat in a day, and then you'll have a better idea as to what to set as a goal.
