Thin and Flabby!?


I lost all my baby weight- back down to 140 now for a few months now! However. I did it just by eating less and running after my kids but no serious exercise. Long story short- I am all flabby where I used to be toned. OK I know, I lost muscle.

Now, I could maybe stand to lose another 5lb but that's about it. I don't even care if I don't lose it- all my clothes fit me and I look good (dressed, LOL). Can toning exercises help me regain the muscle? Will the fat still be there? What about stationary bike? I don't have any time to go to a gym and have no money to invest in any equipment or videos but I have a bike. The problem is my lower half.

I have a similar problem. If I lose any more weight, I'll look to thin. But yet I have these rolls!

I'm doing weights to bulk up my arms and legs. Then, I'll lose another 5 lbs to get rid of that fat. (ok, maybe 10 lbs!)

Yes toning will help with the muscles and help you lose weight and make you look more defined. Congrads about the new baby, happy toning!
