Effecitive way to Lose 30 pounds? |
I had 2 back to back pregnancies and gained a total of 95 pounds combined (both of these kids were HUGE, almost 10 pounds), and I have been able to lose all but 30 of these pounds. Before I had no problem losing weight, in fact I had a hard time maintaining weight. Anyway, my youngest is now 15 mo. old and I have been riding a bike for 30 min per day, using a chord 30 min. a day, using the ball 15 min. per day, and doing other exercises (crunches, pushups, jumping jacks etc) 15-25 min per day. Also, I eat no sweets, do not eat in between meals, nor do I overeat at meals, I measure out what a portion is and only eat that. I have been the weight I am since Jan. and I cannot lose these other 30 lbs. What else could I do to get rid of them? I should mention that the weight is in my upper arms, thighs, stomach and behind. And I do need to lose it, because it still causes people to ask me when the baby is due. you hit the plateau,change your diet if you eat low carb,add some carbs but keep it low calorie do other exercises like swimmimg,etcchange your exercise routine.and congratulation you did a great job by losing 20 pounds just keep going it always takes longer to loose the last bit |
