Are kids allowed to ride bikes on the sidewalks in valparaiso Indiana ?

I could find no statute making this illegal in Valparaiso or Indiana.

I think so. Skateboarding isn't allowed downtown. Try it and if a cop stops you, just tell them you didn't know, and then don't do it again!
