Someone cut me off and i had to drop my bike so i didn't run into them? |
Iwo lane each way one middle turning lane. I was riding on the far right and the people to my left stopped to let someone through I was at the front of the line in traffic I didnt want to stop first cause i didnt see her and second cause i was in front and traffic was flowing. she instead of slowling cuting accross she just went for it "expecting" me to stop. I threw my bike down and got roadrash bike damage. she told me she did nothing wrong. her insurance company is taken almost a week to do anything, how long do i wait? can they somehow make this make this my fault? she had her kids in the car what if i would have ran into her window and injured or killed one of them?
