Can anyone recommend a double jogging stroller for older kids that isn't too expensive?

I have a 37 lb girl and a 50-55 lb autistic boy that I want to take along with me while I let my 8 year old ride her bike. Most jogging strollers I have found say 50 pounds per seat. I have never had one so I wasn't sure if that would work or not.

I used a bike trailer with the stroller handle, but going over the weight limit makes the stroller less maneuverable.
