Orange County Chopper for kids - needs new battery & charger?

We were handed down an Orange County Chopper for kids (electric bike) we need a new battery & charger the battery is CooPower CRLA Batteries, I looked them up and they are in China and no reference on how or where to get replacements, does anyone know where we can get the Battery & Charger?

What company makes/sales the Chopper. Check their website. I know you can buy these items from products made by companies like Power Wheels or Matel.
