Covers for kids bike helmets?

I have heard of a great cover for kids bike helmets and would love to buy one for my grandson. They are called nogin fan helmets and are rubber covers over the helmet which feature disney characters, etc. I have searched the internet and can't find them. They were featured on a tv program called 'I want that' recently but they don't even feature it on their website. Anyone help?
