How do you replace foam hand grips on a razor pro model kick scooter?

my grips are ripped

My son had the same problem. I cut them off with scissors, and purchased some new rubber grips from a bike shop..... any bike hand grips will work... get some cool ones. The handle bar pipe is slightly bigger on the razor, so it will be a snug fit.... use some petroleum jelly or oil to get them on but once they are in place. They wont budge.
