Kick scooter?

My friend is buying a kick scooter, he is 13 years old ,do you think he is too old? and why.

Why do you think he's too old? If he has to cover lots of level ground, a scooter would be a good way to do that quickly. Beats the tar out of walking.

Are you afraid your friend won't be cool if he rides a sccoter?
