Where is a Roketa scooter's kick start? I have a 250cc Bali and battery is dead!?

Just got word from the dealer that there is no kick start. You need to buy a battery charger or a new battery. Too bad.

There might be some exceptions, but usually there is no kick start lever on liquid-cooled 150cc and larger China scooter engines.
