I want to get a scooter, maybe a Vespa or a Yamaha Vino. I don't have a drivers liscence to drive a car, but could I just get a motorcycle lisence without having a car lisence? I really dont see the need for me to get a Lisence for a car, I really have no desire to drive a car, i just really want a scooter so I can kick it around town. Scooters with 16" wheels handle much better than 10" wheels.
