My wife has a 50cc Scooter that will not start or kick start?

We do not have a manual, anyone know where the spark plug is? Or have any other ideas?

It is one of those little 4 stroke gas scooters from China.

could be spark plug wire-----

if you cannot get the engine to kick over it is probably seized , the spark plug is in the head with a fairly thick wire going to it , good luck
