Why wont my bike start?

hey guys i have an automatic 4 stroke sachs madass scooter 50 cc with a big bore kit to make it 70cc. I bought it locally from a guy with only 30 miles on it. When i test drove it everything was fine.. started great drove great everything was great. Now i got it home and it wont start. i put gas and oil in it. I dont know what to do now :( any suggestions?

1) key on.
1.5) gas on (petcock).
2) kill switch off
3) if equipted check kick stand safety switch -
4) then,,,,buy a spark plug.

Does it have a vent on the gas cap that you have to twist? Take the spark plug out and connect it to the coil, hold it against the metal engine, and kick it over. Does it spark? Has it got a hair across the gap?
