With gas getting higher will people buy scooters to ride to work,and teens to date with? |
I ha ve a 250cc moped with am/fm radio and all I used to have a moped when my girls were small and had a infant seat on the back I used to take them for rides in. It didn't go that fast. It was fun, maybe I need to get another one. I bet they'd be here more often. Before that I had a Suzuki 650 and before that a Harley 350. I think I should go bigger not smaller. No. People will complain about gas prices and may cut back on driving but I don't think they'll go as far as driving a moped. I mean, what would you do in the winter or when it's raining? When we lived in Germany it seemed everyone drove a moped or a scooter. Cheaper on gas but it is not for me. Good luck to you A small percentage will but for the most part, people will whine and complain about the escalating costs of gasoline while they are standing at the pump refuelling their SUV's yes,use your scooter during summer time,at least you save a lot of money during that season,right? and during rainy season use your car. i rather ride a bike i think most people will get a hybrid or an electric car I've got my eye on one of these babies!! Not in OH...well unless they find a way to enclose them. Little to cold in the winter. |
