A weed wacker eater clutch for a homebuilt gas scooter?

I have a 25cc weedwacker and an old electric scooter, I have built a platform to mount the motor on but I need a cluch to put on the end of the weedwacker, I have the motor, and de bolted the long frame of the weedwacker. The shaft sticks out about 1 inch and is 1/2 inch in diameter. Can i bolt on a sprocket and run it w/o a clutch and start it on a block, or where can u get a clutch that small, or any other builtup ideas, im using supplies on hand so not alot of $$$

ive got 2 five hp go kart motors but they are too bulky to try and mount on a scooter, but thats not out of the question, i think a go kart clutch is too large

just mount a briggs and straten go cart motor CLUTCH. or something like it?

put some gas in the tank so that rust wont form in the tank..the oil is fine to be stocked in the engine but you'll need to replace it after a long time that did not use it.
