How old do you have to be to drive a gas scooter?

well it depends on what state you live in,,,i live in MD and you have to be 16 yrs old and like pennsylvania im thinking like 15yrs old and then in delaware you have to be 16

in CA you have to be 15 1/2 to start the license process for cars / scooters / motorcycles

same age for cars since they require a mc license/permit. just fyi, even a moped requires a license.
