Can a 14 year old ride a 36cc gas scooter on a side walk or in the nieghborhood. Im not sure because all of his friends parents let their kids get them. I was just wondering if they are legal in Farmington Hills, MI
I called the police station to find out and they said if their is any law it is a state law and referd me to the states website where I could not find anything at all on the topic. How about an electric one? Electric = legal
