Is 50cc gas scooter legal in San Francisco without licence?
I've heard anything less than 50cc (gas or electirc )is legal, is it true? Can any one please answer it? I'm planning to buy one soon. Thanks for your help~ u cant ride this on either the street or sidewalk. if u are found doing so, the cops will impound it, u will get a fine for it also. they are only legal on private property. u can listen to those that know, or do it on ur own and find out the hard way. btw, they're so small they're next to impossible to spot until u are right on top of them...in which case, it will be impossible to avoid from running over u. Legal as can be, providing you are operating it on private property. |
