Are x-treme gas scooters good?

this is my first gas scooter and I dont want spend that much probally around $400,is there a good scooter like x-treme or x-treme that I could get for $400?also I was wandering if it could go like 30mph to 35mph and I cant use ebay Thanks

o yeah, my friend got one for 385$ and it goes 42 and it is reliable , whatever you do done get electric!
