If I end up paying a thousand on this scooter I'm really interested in.... will I even be able to ride it around Florida??? small displacement scooters are listed under what's called a ' moped law'. you don't need ins. ( although it's recommended) or a motorcycle lic. Larger displacement scooters are legally considered motorcycles. Your local DMV or tag office will be glad to help you define these. Don't purchase 'til ya know!!! And ask'em to detail the moped laws. as in, you my not cross an intersection with a road that's posted' over 35 mph'. Good Luck |
