How good are Goped gas/petrol scooters, how reliable and how far could you take one.?

Well they are illegal to ride on public paths and roads if caught the police impound it.

They are made in china and NOT built to last a friend once had one and the throttle stuck on many occasions the exhaust broke then the handle bars snapped - need I go on?

They are mainly for chavs who can't afford to learn to drive a car and don't mind driving for 30MPH for the rest of their lives.
