What cc motor is appropriate for a 15 year old chold weight 135?

i want to buy him a gas scooter and its tricky because it will say 500cc then 500 cc and 200cc and so on and i just dont know which is the right one

the engine size is important, but you want to know what kind of riding he will do, the gearing is all so important also. any good motor cycle shop should guide you through if you ask them the right questions.
