Something thats not a piece of junk. That I can drive around town and save myself from the horrible gas prices. Any ideas? When I was first looking into electric scooters I was very disappointed. I ended up getting a 49cc Yamaha Vino and never looked back. Slow? 38mph. Range? 120 miles per tank of gas. Gets between 70-100 mpg depending on what kind of riding I'm doing and how much stuff I bring with me. My record so far is 13 bags of groceries. The trip home with the barbecue grill and charcoal was impressive as well. My friend has a Honda Metropolitan and reports similar performance. I have an idea - get a bicycle..... why are you talking about gas prices when you talking about what electric scooter you should buy. MOST and ALL electric scooters that are made are only buitl for kids and built strong enough to push them. for adults you would need a gas powered scooter which are very slow aswell and you have to fill the gas tank everyride.
just like the first post on this answer get a bike...and by getting a bike their faster than scooters LOL big time...you get great excersice, and best of all your not poluting. |
