What kind of two cycle oil is best for it?
Have you ever gotten one off eBay and had to assemble your self?
Do you have any websites that give direct help? Assuming its a modern motorscooter. It should take regular unlead gasoline. there should be a screw cap near the gas cap or the battery. That should be where you put synthetic, smokeless two stroke oil(which you can get at an auto store) so you don't have to pre-mix, like a vintage vespa. Its most likely to be oil-injected. My guess.
I take it that you got one without the owner's manual. I'd go back to the person or people and get it from them if they have it. Or do a "Google" search(or Yahoo!) to find and download the manual(PDF). My advice.
