A Moped/Scooter (if they even the same thing), or a motorbike. I need something to get from one end of campus to the other. Nothing expensive but durable. I would like it to last for the next few years with as few problems as possilbe. Gas friendly would be great too. Depending on distance, wow- good question.... well, as far as saving on gas, a 50cc scooter (yamaha riva raz, honda elite 50,etc) will go a long LONG time without having to re-fuel. But also take into consideration if you want a 2 stroke (oil mix required in gasoline) or 4 stroke straight gas engine. A motorcycle on the other hand would be awesome for those after classes getaways,lol. So, this really depends on the rest of your daily routine. Mopeds are a pain because you have to pedal sometimes. A scooter would be perfect for that. You can get a decent one for about $1,000. They are great on gas, too. |
