Does riding the exercise bikes help the ABS?



Does riding the exercise bikes help the ABS?

So i have been told. I do it every day and it does make a difference. Slow but effective.
yes, but not as much as ab exercizes.
any cardio will help you out in some degree, it's a good start though.
Maybe, but doing alot of crunches or sit ups really do.

The exercise bikes in the gym are cardio and fat burning machines which focus on burning stored fat, however cardio is more effective at this. To less weight in your stomach, you do not necessarily have to do crunches, because before you strengthen and increase the size of your stomach muscles (which is what crunches do) you have to lose the fat weight on your stomach to show them! So, I suggest that if you want to have a more toned stomach, keep doing the machines like bike and elliptical because they will help burn the fat on your body and that will lead to a flatter stomach.
