Best exercise machine?

Hi,

What would you say was the best exercise machine, Bike/rower/treadmill/elliptica... Or maybe there is a better one I dont know of?? I want to burn fat and tone up

Treadmills are the best for pure cardio workout, which really helps burn fat. To tone the upper body you need resistance exercise...like a bow flex machine. It really depends on your needs and goals.
a plunger with a twinkie at the end
the crosstrainer's pretty good
eleptical is the best i think, you can change programs and intensitys to help with differant areas on the body and its easier on the knees and joints.
I'd say the rower cause it works the whole body and the treadmill cause when running you use your stomach and legs as well as some of your upper muscles.
The best exercise machine out there is anything that will get you to exercise keep your heart rate in target range and keep your interests and not collect dust!!! Find something you like to do and stick with it
The best exercise machine,- You already own it. It is your body. Get it up and working. Forget those other machines you see advertised. Their main purpose is to make money for the manufacturers , so forget 'em. Your body can perform any and all the exercises that a machine can, and with better results. It may take time, but it's worth the effort.
