Can I lose weight with this diet and exercise schedule?



Will I be able to lose 2 lbs. a week with this diet and exercise program?

Breakfast: Cheerios w/ 2% milk OR two slices of whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
Snack: Frozen Banana
Lunch: 1/2 block ramen noodles w/ 2 servings of veggies
Snack: Peanut Butter on whole wheat toast
Dinner: Usually something healthy [spaghetti, fish, chicken, etc.] eating 1-1 1/2 servings
Drinks: I usually drink 8-10 glasses of water a day

Exercise: two segments of 30 min. bike rides [moderate pace]
30 triceps dips
an ab pilates workout
reverse crunches
10-20 pushups

This is all daily.

the diet sounds healthy and not to many calories the water thats great yes you should but you really dont suppose to exercise everyday when i want to lose fat and gain muscle i think its best but magazines ive read says ever other day
try drinking 1% milk instead of 2% or maybe even fat free milk.dont ever ramen noodles they are high in fat and sodium content. sodium will make you bloat.good luck
