What is your favorite method of working out, or exercise. What is your age and gender, and cultural status?



I am trying to complete an assignment for school. I am trying to figure out wether or not a persons age group, background, socioeconomic or cultural statuses have an effect on what physical activities they choose to participate in.
Walking
Gardening/Yard Work
Stretching Exercises Weight Lifting
Running
Aerobics
Bike Riding Stair-master Swimming
Tennis
Golf
Racquetball/Handball Bowling
Other ( if other, please specify for me)

I don't work out. I do walk 45 minutes home from work every day though. So I guess that counts.

Age: in the 25-30 category
Gender: Female
Cultural Status: UK/British, white, bottom end of the economic scale :O)
I walk about 30 - 40 minutes at least 5 days a week.

I am a 55 year old white guy. BTW, the proper word is "sex", not "gender".
My fav is Pilates because it strengthens, stretches AND calms me. Second favorites are gardening and walking the dogs.

I'm a middle income, 40ish white female, married, work full time, living in one of the larger cities (ha!)in Idaho.
sex is the best workout.

Walking, wrestling with my fiance, landscaping, Foosball, billiards, swimming, one arm curls with a beer in my hand, and military presses with my fiance's butt on my face...LOL Age=old enough to know better, gender: animal/beast Cultural status: 100% Proud American!

I work out, but not as much as I should. Yes. I'm a "jock" though.

I play soccer, softball, basketball, handball (original - with the lil blue ball) and tennis. I also have young children in the house so we run like crazy at the park.

I am 18. I am Female. I am Puerto Rican (Latina) and Italian (Caucasian)
