What is better anaerobic or aerobic exercise?



i do both but i only do aerobic exercise at the gym(tread mill, rowing machine, bike ect) and only do anaerobic exercise in the house(buprees jumping jacks/stars ect)

Better for what? You need some of both for optimum health.
stick to the gym.i dont know thou.
Anaerobic exercises improve speed and endurance, because they require short bursts of energy. However, aerobic exercise is what elevates your heart rate, working out your respiratory and coronary systems, and gives you protection from cardiovascular diseases.

These should be done in combination to get as many health benefits as possible.
