i dont know if these are myths or not but ive been reading around lately and there are some places that say if you ride a bike for too long then your thighs will bulk up and get bigger ugh...also i read that doing situps when you have a lot of belly fat will just make muscle over the fat and make you gain more because you still have the fat and now you have the muscle too...are these true???
if not what would be a good exercise plan for morning and night...(work in the afternoon) to lose weight and tone up ? including those above if not myths and anything else that i can do at home with no access to exercise equipment??
Look at a female dancer.. her thighs are huge..all from muscle
and that makes her legs look sooo inviting! |
