What is a good daily exercise/food plan for a biker and rollerblader?



Im 22 years old, struggling to lose weight for 3 years now. I now eat healthy and drink diet pops only and once in a while i treat myself to something sweet... So far i have lost 4 Lbs in 3 weeks. I got a new bike yesterday and rollerblades. I do have time on my hands so how long do i have to excersise for daily with my bike and blades in order to achieve great weight loss results. I always exercise for 10-15 mins and get lazy and stop.....HELP!!!

I would go for at least an hour, more if you have the time available. You might not be able to do it at first if you're out of shape. Work up to it.

If you quit at 10 or 15 minutes, you've never gotten the feeling of well being that comes from a satisfying aerobic workout.

At 54, it takes me at least 15-20 minutes to get warmed up. Often, its as much as 10 miles before I've worked through the stiffness from the day before and start feeling really good.
First, drink diets pops is considered to be unnecessary. But is ok if you like it. Second, biking and rolling blading is a high fat burning ex. means needs a high calorie storage to sustain a good health and a good practice. So, choose only carbs from the best , long duration to digest and manage yor starve in a little consumption for along times. grainy breads are good choices, grrainy rice, and some root carbs to cleanse yor metabolism, so increase your metabolism rates. tahn, fruites and veggies during peak hours of training to avoid tiredness. Do yoga/ pilates to reserve your energy and get your muscles and joints totally dobled endured.
Notice this: before 20 minutes if you are really new to athletic or aerobic types of ex. is a worrying time whether your body will continue to practice or not. Wait after 20minutes , and a particular hormon will change your body mood to enjoy more the practice even until hours and hours, but it depends on the quality of your metabolism!. But take a 45 - 60 minutes with agood streth after to refresh your tiredness!
Also going in a group is more fun!
Remember, dont stop to have a meal or whatever, except high energy water minerals or fruites juices.
