Quick and easy exercise? |
I'm looking for a quick and easy exercise to help me loose weight for my midriff. i'm eating well and use an exercie bike daily. But it has to be something I can fit into my busy day. Just adding extra walking, like parking further away from your office helps side twists. its best to work your abs at tea time as they have had more time to warm up I walk early in the day everyday.... Take a set of clothes with you to work or wherever and park your car away from work then when you get off of work you'll be forced to run to get home and your car. I hate to run! I HATE IT!! but i lost 8 LBS in 2 weeks from running 5 days a week. iPODS are a gift from nerds Hold a litre bottle of water in each hand and use as weights. do a dip. Bend your knees and dip down use a chair or couch to hold onto. Do about 20 of these. Incorporate more movement into your day. Every time you have to go up the stairs do it twice - go up, come back down then go up again. Get someone to hide the TV remote so you have to get up to switch over. |
