it takes bike riding 20 min, and running 30 min, wil this help you to a better body, can you give me good exercise activities,. i already do kickboxing right now yes it is very healthy and u can just jog arond the track and that kind of stuff.Any excersise for the body is healthy, as long as you don't have any medical problems that would make it harmful. for sure yes!!! do this running 30 minutes, later 500 abs and then lift 50 kg 15 minutes, + diet no sugar no candies no orange juice only water.. sugar + juices = NO do monday to friday take a rest saturday and sunday and start again monday to friday and see the results after one month.. |
