i want to become a professional bike rider i am 17 years old 5ft 9 inches height and 125lbs wieght.I want to myself to be good rider after 1 year .This means a rider which can easily cycle for a distance of upto 150km.Give me some tips what should i do and what should be my daily exercise routine??

I'm assuming that by "professional bike rider" you mean making a full-time living from bike racing. Then, the only way to become a professional bike rider is to become an amateur bike rider and get noticed by professional teams when you get good race results. It's not how far you can ride, it's about how well you compete against other riders.

If you live in the US, you'll need to get a racing license with USA Cycling (usacycling.org) and start doing amateur races in your area. Joining a local club is a good idea too.

You'll start as a Cat 5 and you can eventually move up to Cat 1 if you get good results. Once you're a Cat 1, then you can think realistically about whether you'll be able to get on a pro team. But even the most talented riders take a few years to get from Cat 5 to Cat 1.

If you're a mountain biker, replace "Cat 5" with "Beginner" and "Cat 1" with "Semi-Pro"

Good luck, don't give up.
Your legs have to be extremely strong to do that. Before you start biking, you need to strengthen your legs. Start by doing 100 yards of lunges for 2 weeks, then add 100 yards every week afterwards until you lunge over a mile each day. Jog daily. Start at about a mile a day and add a half mile every 2 weeks until you jog 5k a day. After that, buy a carbon fiber bike and a speed gauge (Schwinn) for your bike. Go to a local path and bike as far as you can in 1 hour. At first it may be only 10 miles, but practice until you get up to 20 miles. Once you can do 20 miles in one hour, ride as far as you can in 90 minutes. Ride for 90 minutes until you can go 30 miles. Continue adding 30 minutes in practice sessions until you can ride at 20 mph for 3 + hours. This will be insanely hard, but after this you should have enough endurance to bike very far. As for daily exersice routines, continue to bike at least 2 hours(in the evening) at a good clip, lunge a mile in the morning, and run at least 2 miles a day. This is a good start to becoming a professional bike rider. Also, dont eat junk food.
I am not discounting the previous posters response, it is a valid program. However, most riders will tell you, the best training is racing itself. Get a bike and ride it now! Don't shy away from hills, they will build up power. You should be riding at least five days a week. Seek out a local bike shop and find out when they have group rides, nothing will prepare you more for riding in a peloton at high speeds than riding with experienced riders. You are built very well to ride, you are lightweight which will be very nice when climbing. Learn all you can from the other riders.
Ride your bike! Seems like I read that Armstrong rode 9 hours a day rain or shine.
im in the same boat as you buddy. i dont know about you, but i ride XC mtb. my "training" consists of riding 10-20 miles a day for 4-6 days a week. i race in the beginner class right now and i am dominating. next year i will move up one class to sport.

just ride hard and often, eat healthy, and dont forget to rest at least one day a week. you can push your body as hard as you want, but if you dont rest, you wont feel any benefits.

if you are just starting out, you wont be able to do a century after a year of serious training. ive been at it for a few years now, and not sure if i can handle 150k at race pace.

be patient, you'll move up the ranks. better to move slowly than to hurt yourself training, right?

good luck!
weight training and heavy cardio,....ride, ride, and ride even more,,, especially hills, and really steep ones..... i would check out some bike training specific books, you will need to learn things like lactic acid buildup and the most effective training to prevent the aches and pains and how to work to move those set points further out to improve speed and especially endurance...good luck
