I am 187cam tall and weigh 13.5 stone but i have a dodgy knee which means I can't run too far or ride a bike too far. I have started to get a bit of fat around my stomach and chest and what is the best exercise for developing pecs using equipment at home?

Yeah yeah you'll get the 'bench press' answer but if the people that were answering knew anything at all they'd know that the bench press is 90% shoulders and triceps and then 10% chest...so by the time your chest is actually getting a workout your other muscles have tired out making it impossible for them to help
