How fast can I lose 40 lb if Im 5'4" and weight 140 lb. Im having 15-20grams of fat a day. I dont exercise |
The only exercise I get is in pe which is 1 hour on monday and 2 hours on tuesday and thursday. i also pick up my brother 2-3 times a week. i ride my bike a mile there and walk with him a mile back. i also walk to school and back which is a mile in all. I usually have 2 grams of fat for breakfast and 4 in lunch. then i might have 3 grams of fat at the most after school. how much I have for dinner varies. I don't have over 20 grams of fat a day. i just started doing this yesterday so i havent seen changes really. plz help and God bless you!!! You are not likely to lose much weight without exercizing. You need to burn 3500 calories to burn a pound of fat. It's not about how lmuch or how little fat you eat. You could be eating no fat, but if you're eating 4000 calories a day, you're going to gain weight. It's about watching your calorie intake and making sure you're exercising. eat less. go to the tanning salon. You must be consistent in your exercise. Set up a program. If you need help your county health services department can help. Anorexia and Bullemia would fix that well.... of course that is if you dont mind the MINOR side effects including but not limited to: nausea, rotted teeth, loss of teeth, loss of apetite, depression, low self esteem, and quite possibly death. WORK OUT INTENSLY!! get on an exserzise machine, and loose 1000 calories a day, and watch wut u eat, PLUS doing all the other stuff ur doing and u'll loose it all in about 4 months hun i think 40 is way to much to lose... please no more than 20lbs k ;) Be careful It isn't necessary to lose 40 lbs. At 5'4" you should only lose maybe 25 lbs. But you should set up an exersize program with your doc. |
