Some of you may have seen my other question about my fitness level being really low. Well, if you haven't, than I haven't exercised in a while and now I want to get back in shape. I used to be able to do 8km in under 15 minutes on a exercise bike, I just tried it now, and found myself breathless after 2 minutes at 30km/h. Could someone please plan out an exercise program I can follow? I'd like something that I can do around the house (like star jumps or whatever). Thanks.
